Returns & Refunds
At EMBRO BOF, we want you to be happy with your embroidered patches. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. The patch must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging.
For iron-on patches, we cannot accept returns once the patch has been ironed on, sewn on, washed, removed from a garment, or otherwise used. Once heat has been applied, the adhesive backing may no longer be in its original condition.
You will also need the receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@embrobof.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.
We do not charge a restocking fee.
Damages, Defects, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it and make it right. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.
Iron-On and Sew-On Note
Our patches are designed to be ironed on or sewn on, depending on the fabric and your preferred application method. Iron-on results may vary depending on fabric type, heat level, pressure, and application time.
Some materials, such as nylon, waterproof fabrics, stretchy fabrics, heavily textured canvas, or heat-sensitive materials, may not hold iron-on adhesive well. For the most secure and long-lasting result, we recommend sewing the patch on, especially for bags, backpacks, jackets, or frequently washed items.
Issues caused by incorrect application, unsuitable fabric, washing, removal after ironing, or normal wear and tear are not considered product defects.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Custom or personalized products
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Used, ironed-on, sewn-on, washed, damaged, or altered patches
Items returned without prior approval
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
As stated above, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.
