At EMBRO BOF, we are proud to offer international shipping services to many countries and regions around the world.

Please note that there may be certain locations we are unable to ship to due to carrier limitations, customs restrictions, or other shipping issues. If we are unable to ship to your location after your order is placed, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days before shipment.

Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or carrier delays.

During peak seasons, holidays, promotional periods, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Estimated Shipping Time

Shipping times vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, customs processing, and other factors outside our control.

Estimated shipping times are:

  • United States: 10-12 business days
  • United Kingdom: 7-10 business days
  • Canada and Europe: 10-18 business days
  • Australia and New Zealand: 10-18 business days
  • Rest of the world: 15-40 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times only and do not include our 1-3 business day processing time.

All shipping times exclude customs clearance delays, carrier delays, weather delays, holidays, and other events outside our control.

Free Shipping

We offer free US shipping on orders over $50.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

EMBRO BOF is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, returned, or delivered to the wrong location due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at info@embrobof.com. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been processed or shipped.

If we make an error with your order or shipping information, we will take responsibility and work with you to make it right.

Lost or Missing Packages

Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.

EMBRO BOF is not liable for lost, missing, delayed, or stolen packages caused by incorrect shipping information, carrier issues, customs delays, or circumstances outside our control.

However, if your package appears to be lost or has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@embrobof.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges when the package arrives in your country.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

EMBRO BOF is not responsible for customs fees, import duties, taxes, or delays caused by customs processing.

By placing an international order, you agree that your package may be subject to customs inspection and possible import charges according to the laws of your country.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available for your shipping method.

Please note that tracking information may take 1-5 business days to update after your order has been shipped.

If your tracking says “No information available at the moment,” this usually means the carrier has not updated the tracking system yet. Please allow a few business days for the tracking information to appear.

If your order was shipped more than 5 business days ago and there is still no tracking update, please contact us at info@embrobof.com.

Separate Packages

For logistical reasons, items from the same order may sometimes be shipped in separate packages.

If your order arrives in multiple packages, each package may have its own delivery timeline and tracking information.

Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delays may happen due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, high shipping volume, or other events outside our control.
